This is why when people fly the Confederate flag and say "they're celebrating their culture" I laugh. You might as well celebrate the high school your great great grandfather graduated from. Just admit that you're racist and go with it, the honesty would bug me less than the lying or just being delusional...

They're not necessarily racist, maybe they just don't want to be part of the US anymore. Those are really the only 2 choices if you celebrate the Confederacy. Either you still believe in slavery or you want to be your own country. You're a racist or a traitor make your pick...
