Derrick, as a Home Inspector I agree. It’s especially true with older homes because they’ve had more time for things to fail and more people trying to fix the failure. But in the market right now people still buy houses even with a list of problems - and often that’s OK - but don’t delay getting the worst problems fixed or you’ll end up paying double!
