Disney has the saying backwards. It's "QUALITY over quantity," not the other way around. They only care about $$, and don't care that what they put out is not even worth remembering five minutes after you wasted time and money watching it.
#7 Also, I can't believe they're still trying to make this...
I don't completely agree. They do put out quality movies even though that's mostly under their own animation brand. But yes, they ARE all about the money. Which isn't too weird because they are, you know, a company? Just about every company is in it for the money. Almost no one works for free. If you had a business, you'd do the same. And Disney stuff is expensive. But I think it's worth it a lot of the time for a lot of what they make. Take the parks for example. Very expensive but especially for children a very special experience that's worth it. And after all, you don't have to engage in any of it. Don't like the MCU? Just don't watch it. They are not gonna change or remake anything for your sake and there are enough other movies to see.
Any entertainment business on a large scale is about the money. Look at the NFL. Thier product causes literal brain damage to their employees and it's the biggest show in town. I know the players are spit out in less than 4 years on average and I still watch it.
Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) has a complicated life as a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.
