I bought airtime/credits for my cell phone. The first physical thing I ordered was a tiny Foxconn motherboard and some X.21 serial cards and because the shipping was a fixed price I also added some bikini's, panties/bra's, tights and dresses to the same order.

I have no idea, but I remember the first cassette tapes and Nintendo games that I bought, and my first LP was Thriller.

For my first "online" buy I had to go to a western union in a convenience store for a paper money order. No digital way to send money was created yet like PayPal. Had to send the money order in the mail and wait. They would not send the item until they got the snail mail letter with the money order which was a good idea but it still took 6-8 months to get anything "online" delivered.

My 1st online purchase was an airsoft rifle. I waited 3 months for it and it never arrived so they sent me another one.. Then a week after the new 1 arrived the old 1 appeared too.
