Ella, I’ve been to a couple of places that give you the rice in a separate bowl - that’s probably what happened here - but he thought it would be a funny photo (it wasn’t)

#21 Most "fresh" bread for big box grocery stores is made at a huge warehouses then shipped to the grocery store frozen. The store then bake the frozen dough or just thaws it. If the freezer goes down they lose the frozen bread.
