It used to be a well working modell: the employer had lower costs for his employes, so he could afford the number of workers he really needed. Plus, smaller restaurants for instance yould also prevail. And the employee made a decent salary by adding the tips. But times are a changing, and today we have extra smart greedy arse-holes like you, who will go eat an a restaurant and then find an excuse for not paying tip. The food was too hot, the food was to cold, the entrance smelled awkward whatever you name it. That´s why no one wants to do the job any longer and tody there are more businesses closing down than opening and I am struggeling every f**in month to aquire new personal for my restaurant.
