That really shouldn't be that surprising, porcelain will reflect UV differently than tooth enamel.

Well that's a bit disconcerting... 36

#10 no matter what anybody says… tips are not mandatory… they are *goodwill* if you were happy with whatever and want to express that in form of money towards X … then good on you… if not, then dont.
If i ordered a pizza during *opening hours* then i expect a pizza. If not, change the opening hours.
If you rely on tips to survive, maybe your manager needs to pay you better…
In some countries or places, tipping is not even allowed (per business policy..)
Dont let these *oh no tip? Youre a bad person* people pull their whiny sh#t with you…

Vic, exactly! A tip is for someone going above and beyond what they are supposed to do. The employer is responsible for paying decent wage for the job.

Vic, you have clearly never worked in in that industry, haven´t you? It used to be a well working modell: the employer had lower costs for his employes, so he could afford the number of workers he really needed. Plus, smaller restaurants for instance yould also prevail. And the employee made a decent salary by adding the tips. But times are a changing, and today we have extra smart greedy arse-holes like you, who will go eat an a restaurant and then find an excuse for not paying tip. The food was too hot, the food was to cold, the entrance smelled awkward whatever you name it. That´s why no one wants to do the job any longer and tody there are more businesses closing down than opening and I am struggeling every f**in month to aquire new personal for my restaurant. So in the end you´ll have to go McDo, no tips required.

Nat,
I know an Italian restaurant that is in Hungary where the tips are going to the boss and you don't allowed to touch money, but bring it on a plate... So I guess you don't jack about the whole world but you insist your ideas and your ignorance. Poor thing.
