Let me guess;
Something along the lines of "women will always be women and shouldn't even think of doing man things like football"?
Or more something like; "I don't know any trans people, never spoke to them, and I'm not even gonna attempt to find out their reasoning but I know better than them.
I know they are all deluded idiots that lacked a strong father figure that gave them a kick in the butt and set them straight!"

#1 so, what's the message? That it's okay for a girl to not look like a girl? That it's okay for a girl to like sports? Or that your parents shouldn't decide what your gender is? That it's okay to pick different roles and dress differently whenever you feel like it? That Trans is something different than cross dressing? I'm confused.

Ray, it’s easy enough to understand - she idolized her brother - thought boys activities were cool - thought it was so cool she wanted to be a boy - but mom and dad said no - she became a hot woman so she’s glad her mom and dad didn’t listen to her juvenile, immature desires (unlike some insane parents who would)

Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if she was bullied by everyone and talked in "being like others girls like she is supposed" to by family, priest, etc...

The message is that children are children and are not to be allowed full agency to make decisions until they are mature enough. Parents, step up! This was a case of good, wise parents simply waiting for the kid to grow up. They let her do what she wanted, within bounds that would not do lasting harm, until she had a bit more wisdom herself.

#39, I'd say this is a joke but I've seen "street dentistry" like this in China. Also, there is a person in the background wearing a surgical mask and scrubs. 
On further inspection, in the background is a printer and maybe other evidence of advanced learning and technology which these two seem to lack. For that matter, someone took the picture which means they have access to a better way. Either it is a joke in horrible taste or these are willfully ignorant barbarians. Neither is funny Izi.
