what are you on about? are you a marine biologist? i once took a trip to see the ocean and saw people who live there dump out and clean their grill and dump diapers into it.

I use a product called rain, it falls from the sky every once in a while, does a great job. Any nasty smelly stuff is in bags. What on earth are you putting in your bin that gives birth to a "cesspool" ?
