Mima, Because you wouldn't put on some nice clothes, do your hair, shave, put on aftershave, and put a sock in your pants before a date... if you ever went on one... And if make-up for men was normal, you and most others would do that too. And talk about trust issues? How many men lie about how they are rich, have a cool hobby, or are ready to talk about love and in general appear to be a guy they are not to get a girl into bed? Or talk pretty degenerative about women when they are not around and their views they obviously have but would never say to a woman? You can't tell me you don't know plenty of guys that do some or all of these? Or even do it yourself because basically you ARE calling all women liars which I doubt you would repeat in real life to colleagues, family members, etc. And no I'm not saying all or even most men are like that. Then I would be like you saying every woman is the same. But plenty do. Hey, here's an idea! Maybe women put on make-up etc not only because advertising constantly bombards people they should, people expect it of them (and whine about it if they don't, as I see often enough in the comments of this very site), but ALSO do it before a date to look nice for their date?? Just a few possibilities that are a little more logical than assuming every woman is out to trick you... Immediately drawing that conclusion might be your problem here.
