#19 Yes, you absolutely are supposed to roll it. It preserves the fabric better, and makes it easier to roll out inside the tent.
Much of this should be common knowledge, like #3, #9, #11, #12, #13, #14.
#4 is stupid and useless
#10 is no easier than just breaking it the other way
#17 wouldn't work- you'd still have a mess, and you've just added another step

I stopped at #1 because BONES decide if you can place your foot flat or not. I can not physically EVER put my foot flat without breaking my ankles. Nothing he could say after that would EVER mean anything.
