#41 most likely Home Depot parking lot. Also most likely an employee’s last day. Coworkers moved the cart return thingy to the car and then used stretch wrap. This way they didn’t use the stretch wrap directly on the car. Wrapping a car with stretch wrap can damage the finish on the car, especially if it is in the sun or hot.

You think the local people shouldn't participate in festivals if the government has nukes? How does that make ANY sense?
So Americans shouldn't participate in The Fourth of July anymore either? France shouldn't have their independence day anymore? England?
All countries with nukes and people having fun at festivals.
I don't see any reason why you think they should be different. Well, except their skin colour... But that's probably a coincidence, right?
And about the pic, you can make pretty clear and amazing pics with amateur equipment these days and he said he composited the different images. So, yes, he sure did...

#34 to me it looks like a bus station, there are two separate traffic lights so it can really happen that the buses turn left from the right lane, we also have something like that in our city
