It's just a list of cities... Where are the stats to how many days they had? And there are THOUSANDS of cities that have sunny days equal or greater than these, so is the list of cities over a million people only?
According to a “Mental Floss” article, the number of sunny days major cities had each year was evaluated by Moving.com to compile the list below.
