A lot of them are no DIY-Projects. Especially the perfectly fitted kitchen cabinets and such.

How do you know, there are a lot of talented people out there? I've done much better work than these and I don't do it for a living. It only takes a moderate amount of skill and patience....and money...

There are a few that may not be the same building. But about half are just a quick paint and addition of backsplashes/tile. It is also amazing what uniform styles in fixtures can do.
How do you know, there are a lot of talented people out there? I've done much better work than these and I don't do it for a living. It only takes a moderate amount of skill and patience....and money...
