no it means there was trade between vikings and arabs. Could have gotten there by land but the far more probable scenario is vikings visiting arabs with their boats, meaning they sailed the complete western coast of europe and found the strait of gibraltar, crossing the mediterranean sea.

#45 what ancient books have you read... It's been proven the sphinx was a lion carving that was recarved at least once (if not twice), and the head to body ratio in the "painting" is NOT ACCURATE AT ALL, to the actual spynx.
