Stacia, I would disagree with you here. An alternative fuel source would help for sure, but lithium batteries in electric cars is not the solution that will help the world. Converting to electric cars with the current infrastructure and rampant industrial abuse won't help the environment. It's like putting make-up on a pig. There are many factors why this won't work too well. It's a good step though.

There's a reason that electric cars and windmills never became popular. The same reason that we don't fly in blimps or use stagecoaches for travel.
