#17 I used to work a a roofer. Sometimes when the roof had a high grade and we didn't feel like nailing in foot boards, my buddy and I'd tie a rope around each of our waists and I'd act as a counter weight on the other side of the roof while he worked on the shingles (I was much bigger than him.) Safety first.
