it doesn't have anything to do with being American, it has to do with that particular employee is putting all of the returns back and some jackhole wont let them do their specific job at the time, instead of asking the person who is in charge of the section that the customer is looking in.

This is what working is retail IS, people. It's like this at literally every store (though it's probably worse at Walmart.) People are generally stupid, selfish @$$holes, including the employees. If you don't like working in retail, get another job. Problem solved.

A lot of hate here, which in itself makes for a miserable workplace.

#31 might be a person trying to steal something. They ask you if you've got something in the back and then steal something when you disappear.

#15 Any stranger asking how you are needs to be ignored... how do you reply? It's none of their business! Employees should only ask "how can I help you".
