Laveda,

Only a very small percentage of fundamentalist Muslims make it mandatory.
I'm from one of the modern Europan countries. And my father is from a community of Christians where watching tv is all but forbidden, women have to wear skirts and at least some sort of hat or hair covering in church.
Fundamentalist people of every religion are everywhere. Not just Muslims.
And we all know from the recent Iranian protests that it's mostly a few small minded leaders and a small but loud minority of mainly older people that want to enforce this. Especially if it's about something that just happens to not impact them. Mostly women.
For example the recent abortion ban in America. In the eyes of most civilized people just as enlightened as having wearing to wear a Burka. And the reason they tell women the do it is almost the same namely "bla common decency according to us" and bla bla "Our religious text says this".

So this has nothing to do with Muslims in general.
In a big country like France there has been a check on how many women actually wear a Burka and it wasn't even a percent of a percent.
In my country I see far more Muslim women without even a normal head covering than with.
So please check your facts before you spread racist nonsense. Only a racist would say things like that.

Laveda,

Obviously meant for Larry, not for you, Laveda.

#26 How can that happen to anyone? That doesn't make sense unless you are involved in highly suspicious activities where it is common to be buried by your peers or live in the wrong are in the country of serial killers.

Mantha,

Maybe you can share the statistics about gun collectors that misuse their weapons vs. thugs that misuse illegal weapons. I've been under the impression that the thugs are a much greater threat than the gun collectors.

Maybe you can share the statistics about gun collectors who don't misuse their weapons.

Mantha,

You want me to prove the negative - nice lefty trick. They don't keep stats on people that don't shoot other people.

Show us the stats on gun collectors that do shoot other people - since you seem to think they're a major problem compared to illegal gun owners.

I've learned all kinds of scuzzy cr#p-a$$ tricks from the right.
Now, why don't you and your popgun pals go back to bragging about the great big scary Red Wave? (Oops...there wasn't one, was there?)

#21 I went to sea in a submarine, surfaced from 100' with no air other than what was in my lungs, and hung from a beam as a wave in 35 foot seas washed the deck beneath me, and I don't think, other than in conditions that threatened my family, that I would ever do what gets one to this place, or what it takes to get up/down from it.
Admiration.

#26 Sorry to see you go, but these days, in this country, there's a concrete box around that cheap coffin.

Micajah,

Yeah but there's a reason why women want to give birth...
Why don't you repeat what you're saying here, namely that women don't know what they're talking about when it concerns childbirth, to your mother? Wonder if you have the b@lls for that...
