My employment contract says that my hours of work are weekdays between 08 and 16, with a 30 minute lunch break.
I start working at 08:00 in the morning, not 6:30, 7:04 or 7:59. It's 08:00 Sharp.
I go home at 16:00, not 16:01, 17:15 or 18:27. It's 16:00 sharp.
I don't work during my lunch break.
I don't work on weekends.
I don't work on holidays.
I don't check emails or answer any work related calls between 16:00 and 08:00, same for weekends and holidays.
My work/life balance is perfect
