#14 only on is a calculator. The other is a poorly written app that doesn't follow basic mathematical rules (rules that are there exactly to not have ambiguous outcomes like in this case)

PEMDAS says Multiplication OR Division from left to right. So the multiplication does NOT come before the division. Division of 6 / 2 comes before 3 x 3.
