These cities that were affected are on the east side of very large lakes and they ALWAYS get “lake effect” snow - the atmosphere picks up moisture from the lakes and dumps in on the land as the storm moves west. Secondly, the Man made climate change is a hoax. Climate change is cyclical. When the globe’s inhabitants slowed manufacturing to a standstill during COVID there was no measurable improvement.
