Yeah I've never seen anything even close to this stuff, the best I ever saw was an 8 foot x 2 foot vinyl banner advertising Schindler's List (no clue where it came from before ending up in that bin)
#15 Sadly, when lotteries are tossed like that their numbers are automatically removed from the system. So all winners would be garbage. Have fun scratching though.
