#11 and #15 are correct. There are places where they supposedly sell credit card numbers and such, but you’ll likely get ripped off by 99.6% of them.

Honestly, everything listed here is on the normal web. Self hurt is fad on ticktock, gun sales are easy if you use euphemisms, and people post horrible things on Facebook. Even the obscure currency. These people must have missed the child porn, slave sites and snuff videos.
