It's a foldable table, wich most homes have them for winter holidays especially, when a host has family, friends invited over for food and drinks.

#39 tech is great when it works. lol Have those at my local airport too, they don't always work right. like car is parked to far forward. or truck is too big so there's an empty spot for half a car.
