#19 IMO these are the worst dogs in the world. They will bite you over virtually nothing and we're not talking just a small snap of warning. They will leap up and actually come after you...their owner of 7, 8, 9, 10 years with little to no provocation just because you made eye contact, moved suddenly, or made a noise. Vicious beyond words, heaven help you if they get close to your face. No amount of training, discipline, check ups, doctoring or affection helps. They are simply the result of decades of breeding sinister rage into a small snarling package. I put up with being bitten 5 times and have a scar on my cheek to this day because I woke up on the sofa once and startled that rabid ball of hate during it's nap and it flew up my chest and had a go at biting my nose off. With a baby on the way, that was the last straw. With it's face wrapped in a muzzle, and snarling the whole time, we took it out to the woods on my uncle's property, led it out of the car, and shot it right between the eyes with a .22 pistol. Simply took off the leash, and left it laying there for the coyotes. Both I and my SO were complete calm and dry eyed and talked about the baby on the way home before we stopped to pick up a pizza. Amen.

Maria,

The yapping mongrels of all breeds that live around here could use the same treatment.
It would greatly improve quality of life for everyone that currently has to put up with it.
