A grip went into the ride after shooting was finished to help put things back the way they were before the production company for The Six Million Dollar Man used the ride for a location shot. He found that an arm of one of the "mannequins" had been broken off and he took it outside into the sunlight to examine it and see what he'd need to do in order to reattach it. That's when he discovered the bone sticking out of the arm.
