It's called Common Core Math. It was quietly inserted into the school system during the Odumba years right along with Critical Race Theory to 1. Destroy children's ability comprehend math at an early age, which literally stunts their ability to develop problem solving skills and critical thinking and 2. Teach them they were either born a racist or are a victim of it. The result is, progressive politics making them dependent on the state for an identity, decision making and ultimately, financial security. Fight back while you can. Cenia, You're getting downvoted, but you speak the absolute truth. I've been teaching 4th grade for 30 years and everything you've said is exactly what is happening. I'm afraid though, that the rank and file teacher is too afraid of losing his/her job to really fight back. I often stand alone against the crushing flood of idiocy.
