I've been an employee and I have been a boss. You do realize that there is another side to these stories, right? Don't sit in my chair? Last time, somebody spilled a milkshake on it. Can't get time off? You must tell me before the schedule is written. Upset you are calling off sick? This is the 8 time this year. Short notice for an event? It was booked 6 months ago and you told me 3 days before the event. There are j#rk bosses, but there are also reasonable bosses who get taken advantage of until they have had enough.

You're still only telling one side. What's the excuse for blocking that fire exit? Reasonable bosses don't fire people for sitting in a chair, or spend time looking through security footage to find that unreasonable excuse. These are bosses taking advantage of a system that doesn't protect employees, specifically why 'Merica is rotting at it's core. Just look over your history, what once was a beacon, not so much anymore.

Thank you. I have been both an employee, contractor, manager, and now business owner. NONE of these bosses deserve people working for them. Nothing here is reasonable, but it is all practiced because people think employees are slaves. My business HAS NEVER ignored the personal lives of anyone but myself because I am the boss, and I take it, NOT THEM!
