#30 still not a fail, those "doors to nowhere, lol" exist to put equipment (hvac, water tanks, maybe a large plotter) that can't go up stairs, onto a second or higher level.

Could use a grommet, and some strain relief, but I have no idea otherwise.
Shouldn't these conductors -- which all seem to be attached to the correct terminals -- be in either solid or flexible conduit?
