Matthias, I’m a decent handyman but I hate caulking. Some kinds of caulk are worse than others.

#30 still not a fail, those "doors to nowhere, lol" exist to put equipment (hvac, water tanks, maybe a large plotter) that can't go up stairs, onto a second or higher level.

Manerva, no, you wouldn’t put a door there for equipment. A removable window possibly but never a door.
