#18 We never had a dog, and my dad didn't want a cat, but we got one when I was five. He wouldn't let it in the house, and never had anything to do with it at all until it got sick at twelve years and he took it to the vet to be put down.

Ian, That's so sad. A good dad would have taken it to be put down much sooner than that.
