#21 Hard truth 1-- Almost everyone out there wouldn't have the slightest clue what to do with $300,000. It's all be gone in a couple years, if not right away. Many have become successful by starting a business. More still have failed.
Hard truth 2-- There are plenty of leaders out there, but the vast majority are followers. Most either settle or give up entirely.
