#11 As an antique dealer/collector (really...I am) this is 100% not a "Tiffany." It was, and still is, made in China and worth about $20 new. Live and learn.

I just saw this same item on an old Antique Roadshow.
It was valued at $50K I kid you not
They said the stones were tumbled sapphires along with the diamonds and gold
