#14 probably on a private road? Where I live it is illegal to make your own traffic signs exactly like the official ones, as only the police is allowed to determine where those are set up. But, you can make them in black and white, or on a certain scale smaller than the real ones. No one will be fined for not following the unofficial signs; they are merely "suggestions". Often seen on industrial sites, private residence areas, etc.

#28 food coloring doesn't have flavor (usually) so any taste difference is purely psycosomatic
