Hershey the founder of Hershey chocolett company let in his will funding for a school for disadvantage kids he built, the endowment is in the billions and the school only has 400 kids in it, politicians have been trying for decades to get that money and they cant touch it, Hershey had great lawyers who looked in the future at people who would use that money for other things apart from what it was intended, Franklin didn't and didn't see the corruption in government in our future
