yeah yeah, some of these s#ck. but personality tests and behavioral questions help to see if you are a good fit for the position. why complain about the interviw/job before you get it? you applied!! lol.. also i think a Bachelor's is necessary because ya'll fought for higher wages so now you'll experience the unintended consequences of those actions.
