Sometimes they suck in so hard that they suck the balloon into their throat, lodging it in there. And cpr doesn’t work once they stop breathing because you’re just inflating and deflating the balloon in the throat and the air cant pass through."

#9 I saw something on Reddit once that's burned into my memory. Some workers saw a woman on the balcony of her hotel room on something like the 30th floor and started filming because they noticed she was sitting on the railing with a selfie stick. Turns out she was a single mother of two and a nursing student on vacation. She slipped. It took her a long time to fall... slowly tumbling head over feet... and still clutching onto that selfie stick all the way down...
