For me it was one of the following.
FORBIDDEN PLANET (I was 5 when it came out but I still remember it was great. We went to the drive in. Mom and my little brother were not impressed. So dad and I went back to see it again by ourselves.
STAR WARS I saw it first day and first release at the Mercury theater (San Francisco) in an unannounced 11am showing as everyone else though it would be at 1:30. I just happened to be there when they opened the doors So about 100 of us got to see it first.
And lastly RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK
