I have never seen this kind of behavior at any McDonald's in California, and I've been to plenty of them because I travel. They always have decent coffee and clean restrooms.

Some of this stuff caused by the indifference of staff and management. If staff doesn't deal with full trash cans, it overflows. if management doesn't throw the troublemakers out...

#62 - many people prefer to leave cash. That way the recipient can choose if they want to pay taxes on it or not.
