George and Amal Clooney, a much-loved couple, have a considerable age difference between them. When they first met in 2013, the actor said in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, “I thought she was beautiful, and I thought she was funny and obviously smart.” He then added jokingly that Amal “probably thought I was old.” They got married in 2014 and welcomed twins Alexander and Ella later that year.
