#7 If you liked Sirens, you should check out Tacoma FD. It's done by Broken Lizard, and season 4 is coming soon.
Also, Those Who Can't was really good, with 3 seasons to it.

#1 , #8, & #9 I agree with. Most of these I haven't seen. I would recommend Orphan Black.
