Elsey, I had two CDs that matured and I wanted to combine them, renew at a higher interest %, and add some money to it (not really complicated). But the woman that was helping me on the phone screwed it all up. Cashed one out and entered an invalid account number. Bottom line was that $125k just vanished from my account. It was easy to see what they did but it took them literally a month to fix it. I was pretty livid. Always take screen shots before you do any significant transactions.

that is why you never do important banking over the phone. you do it in person so you are in punching distance if they screw up.
