#53 Consoles are better because you can still play the same game, the same way, with just as much enjoyment, but at a fraction of the cost. Slightly better graphics and load times don't justify the expense of a gaming pc. Change my mind. (Also, I get to use a 58" screen.)

Maria,

It's not the size that matters its size relative to distance. and if you like to play on the couch PC still has you covered since you can use whatever controller you like including PS and Xbox. and just need a display cable long enough.
And while a PC is generally more expensive (partially because both MS and Sony sell the hardware at a loss)the games are cheaper and there are a lot more games to play.
Sure I have to wait till Sony deems us worthy of their games but they are coming to PC these days.
And MS is on PC on day one these days. You can build a PC with the specs of a PS5 for around 1000$. PS5 is 500$ Series X is about the same. so combined it's the same price and that is if you buy new. on the PC side you have the option to buy used parts often much cheaper.
And a PC is upgradable I haven't bought a new case in 20 Years. PSU can also last very long mine has a 12-year warranty. so in the long run PC can be cheaper especially since you usually don't have to rebuy games each generation like Sony like to do. oh, you want the PS5 version of zero dawn that cost you extra.
and PCs can just do so much more. Like Modding for example or productivity.
I also think it is funny how people say PCs are expensive and then buy a new 1000+$ phone every 2-3 years.

Do the math. It's not even cheaper after all.

Maria,

Here we go again. PC vs Console war.

I can run Excel on a PC, but at least I'm sure that when a game says it's PS5 compatible, it will run on a PS5.
