Ugly and very depressing.... Just like the life was in Soviet Union and Eastern Europe under the communist regime. The only exception is #28, "Derzhprom" aka "Gosprom" in a beautiful city of Kharkiv, Ukraine. It is located in the Freedom Square, just next to the college I was attending in 1986-1990. The construction was completed in 1928 and the building still looks sleek and modern.
