Do you not understand "Generations". At 40 in 2020 if my grandma gave it to me and she was born in 1910 then yeah her grandmother could have made it in the 1700.

#14 It's rare I see one not falling apart... but just a common rocking chair, probably from early 80's. Many people in S. California had them so I don't know how rare they were.
