#19 Yep, and users will absolutely not believe you when you tell them to restart their computer, or straight up lie and say they did. Whenever I had to actually go to a persons desk I always checked the up time first, over 1000 hours was the record from one person who was adamant that it didn't need a restart since they did "every night". 5 minutes max for a restart vs who knows how long of issues plus the 30 minutes before I was able to get to their desk, one of many reasons why I don't do IT support anymore...
