I bought one of those exact pizzas and while it had more the two pieces of pepperoni they are showing it definitely wasn't "edge to edge" like the box says. It had maybe a dozen pieces with a lot of open space...

any rework on sewer pipes is "easier" this way. Yes, you need a ladder / lift / scaffolding for that, but on the other side, impact of such works for internal fitout is minimal. No need to removing parts of internal walls, no removing of tiles, and so on.
