Somewhere along the line there was a mass mutation of brains or something in the water that made so many f@#king idiots get tattoos in the first place. One millennial told me that his was to tell a story, and I guessed that the story was he was an idiot.

I half agree with you, tattoos can be gorgeous (that obviously doesn't apply to these) but so many people seem to look like they were the first person to fall asleep at a party and everyone went at them with a sharpie...
