When someone claims they're Elvis or Abraham Lincoln, we put them in a hospital. When they claim they're a different sex, we're supposed to just go with it. A delusion is a delusion, plain and simple. 'Male' and 'female' are not entities that can accidentally possess the wrong body. You're either a boy (XY) or a girl (XX) and that's it.
